动态轴向压缩系统
动态轴向压缩系统是为工业化高压制备色谱而研发的可自动填装色谱柱。主要应用领域有:(1)高附加值产品(如紫杉醇等)提纯(2)上样量大,附加值低产品(甜菊糖苷等附加值低的药物辅料)生产(3)工艺改进类产品(增大产量或提高产品纯度类产品)
其优点在于:
1)装柱时间短,无需二次拆装,所以可避免传统色谱柱在拆装时柱床反弹影响柱效。
2)活塞头与柱床始终接触并保持装柱压力,避免了传统色谱柱长时间使用后柱床塌陷的问题,延长使用寿命。
3)不使用电气零部件,可用于防爆区域(或者可采用使用防爆电机的液压站)。
我公司生产的动态轴向压缩色谱柱(DAC)相比其它厂家产品的优势在于:
1)采用液压站替代气动液压放大泵。其优势在于液压站输出压力平缓,液压缸匀速下降,避免了气动液压放大泵间歇输出带来的冲击力,既保护了填料又避免了设备整体对地面的冲击。
2)管路布局更为简洁。只有连接液压缸的两根油guan,其它管路都高度集成,整体性更好。拆装色谱柱时空间更大更方便。
3)可以使用气动及电动两种动力来源。在某些特定场合压缩空气输出压力及产生的压缩空气量并不能满足气动液压放大泵的使用,造成装柱压力不够、装柱时间长而影响柱效。同时有的实验室并不具备压缩空气,无论采用气瓶或者空气压缩机都会产生额外的费用及噪音。而采用电动驱动采用的防爆电机可以与泵及检测器使用相同的电源。
4)在直径超过800mm的DAC上,气动液压放大泵由于流量及压力的限制会使装柱时间明显延长。采用液压站则可以使用流速大压力低的泵来实现快速装柱,同时配合一个小的气动液压放大泵在装柱完成后用于保压。

Dynamic axial compression system
The Dynamic Axial Compression System is an auto-packed column developed for industrial, high-pressure preparative chromatography. The main application fields are: (1) purification of high value-added products (such as paclitaxel, etc.) (2) production of large sample load and low value-added products (steviol glycosides and other low value-added pharmaceutical excipients) (3) process improvement products (products that increase output or improve product purity)
The advantages are:
1) The column loading time is short, and there is no need for secondary disassembly, so it can avoid the rebound of the column bed during the disassembly and assembly of the traditional chromatographic column, which can affect the column efficiency.
2) The piston head is always in contact with the column bed and maintains the column loading pressure, which avoids the problem of column bed collapse after long-term use of the traditional chromatographic column and prolongs the service life.
3) No electrical parts are used, and can be used in explosion-proof areas (or hydraulic stations using explosion-proof motors can be used).
The advantages of our company's dynamic axial compression column (DAC) compared with other manufacturers' products are:
1) Adopt hydraulic station instead of pneumatic hydraulic amplification pump. Its advantage is that the output pressure of the hydraulic station is gentle, and the hydraulic cylinder decreases at a constant speed, which avoids the impact force brought by the intermittent output of the pneumatic hydraulic amplification pump, which not only protects the packing but also avoids the impact of the equipment on the ground as a whole.
2) The pipeline layout is more concise. Only the two oil pipes connected to the hydraulic cylinder, the other pipelines are highly integrated, and the integrity is better. More space and convenience when disassembling and assembling the column.
3) Pneumatic and electric power sources can be used. In some specific occasions, the output pressure of compressed air and the amount of compressed air generated cannot meet the use of pneumatic hydraulic amplification pump, resulting in insufficient column loading pressure and long column loading time and affecting column efficiency. At the same time, some laboratories do not have compressed air, and the use of gas cylinders or air compressors will generate additional costs and noise. Explosion-proof motors with electric drives can use the same power supply as pumps and detectors.
4) On DACs with a diameter of more than 800mm, the pneumatic hydraulic amplification pump will significantly extend the column loading time due to the limitation of flow and pressure. With the hydraulic station, a pump with a high flow rate and low pressure can be used to achieve rapid column loading, and a small pneumatic hydraulic amplification pump can be used to maintain pressure after the column loading is completed.
